As a full time online client you will have PRO level access to one of the leading training apps in the world, making your life more efficient and convenient with your training plans always at your finger tips. Watch the exercise demos and recored your own training data for future reference and to ensure you make in gym progress every session. 

Weekly Online Check-in's 

Part of the crucial accountability that makes our style of coaching work so well is the check in process. 
You will complete a thorough online form each week that your coach will review and send back a personalised video explaining what is going well and what they would like you to be focusing on in the coming week. Nice straight forward instructions to keep you moving forward each week. 


Personalised Training Plans 

Once on board your coach will agree on the best route forward in terms training, They will then plan and write this taking into consideration aspects such as: your goals, any injuries / limitations, what kit you have at your disposal, and of course things you love / hate to do.  Once in the app you will then be guided with what to do, on what day and in what order. It cannot be any simper. 

Personalised Nutrition Plans 

After finding out some crucial details like: how you currently eat, your favourite foods, any allergies, eating schedule etc, your coach will write you a fully itemised food plan, detailing what foods, how much and when.
Including full calorie and macro breakdowns.  
This is then essentially a working document and can be adjusted as required to keep you moving towards your goals.

As a client you will have exclusive access to our 'Clients Only' Facebook group,

Hi there, I am Andy Naylor and I own 'Naylor Body Design'. 
  
Not too long ago, I was a very skinny guy who lacked any confidence and was incredibly unhappy with how I looked. 

It took me awhile to crack the code to figure out how to get fit and gain a physique to be proud of and that gives me confidence. 

I remember trying workout after workout, diet after diet with no substantial results. 
Sure, I wasn’t fat but I wasn’t really lean either - I was skinny FAT!

My goal was plain and simple: To have full confidence in the way I looked at all times! 

The day that I accomplished that goal, I knew that I had to share my experience and knowledge with the world. Since then my team and I have helped hundreds of others achieve the same life changing results.

How do I take the call?
"The call will be via ZOOM."
What do I need for the call?
"For the call please make sure your in a quiet area, with a good internet connection and a pen/paper for making any notes. The call can be taken via a laptop or mobile phone.."
How long will the call be? 
"The call will be as long as you need, most calls are on average 20-30 minutes and this is the amount of time I would recommend as a minimum you allocate for this life changing call!"
Will this be a hard sell?
"No, this is a consultation to help you, on the call we will run through where you are now with your fitness goals, what your looking to achieve and whats currently holding you back. Once we have identified these 3 key factors we can then map out a strategy to help you achieve your goals with speed and certainty"
What do I need to join the program? Do I need to train in a gym? 
"Ideally yes but as we have seen with the corona virus out break, we have clients all over the world that have been able to achieve substantial results from home!".
What will I learn on the program?
"The aim of the program is not just to get you a life changing result, it is to create a lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life. Once you book your call with myself and take up the amazing opportunity to join our program you will receive all the training, nutrition and many, many other deliverables that will show how to reach your ideal physique - and beyond!"
How is this program different from all the others? 
"The techniques used here at Naylor Body Design utilise Andy's unique VEP™ ( Volume Escalation Protocol ) training inline with his MAP™ (Metabolic Adaptation Protocol) , helping you to train and eat in a way you never have before while also enjoying world class results."

"In addition to the one to one personal assessments every week, where we review your progress, your challenges and eliminate future obstacles in advance,  we have a highly active Facebook group where other clients and of course our coaches hang out answering questions and reviewing training footage."
Do I get support when I reach a plateau? 
"Yes, this is why Naylor Body Design is so successful. You have one to one personal assessments every week, where we review your progress, your challenges and eliminate future obstacles in advance. You are never far away from your designated coach who is there to help you overcome whatever challenge you're facing. We are problem solvers!"
Do I get a step by step blueprint of how to get in shape? 
Yes, everything we do within Naylor Body Design is perfectly crafted for you (not just the science but ensuring it is user friendly, easy to follow and eliminates every aspect of potential guesswork). After all, we are here to add enormous value to your life, and save time, where there is a clear path to success
Can I still have dinner with my family?
"Yes, the most important thing for success is being able to maintain it whilst on the program. Most of our clients are devoted parents who aim to provide for their families. They are often doing this program for their families. To become better partners, parents and leaders. Sacrificing time with your family is never and will never be a priority of ours.
Is this program a crash diet?
"No, the aim of the program is to give you an athletic, achievable and lean look. The goal is to keep eating as much as possible while your fat mass decreases using our scientifically adapted protocols."
What happens after the program? 
"Once our 6 months have been completed, We will give you feedback on your metabolic adaptations from our time together that will enable you to use this moving forward and how you can continue to improve it by yourself into the future. This program is an educational fitness program with the goal of giving you results whilst teaching you how to maintain them for the long term. That being said, most clients CHOOSE to stay, loving the results they have received with majority of clients doing a second 6 months. The results speak for themselves but the priority is adding value."
Can I still eat out? 
"Yes of course this can be factored into your plan, when you sign up you are also given guidance on how to eat out and stay in control of your daily nutritional goals."
Can it be combined with day and night shifts?
"Yes, the schedules are adapted to your lifestyle. Day and night shifts do not have to have an adverse effect on the result, of course this is taken into account when drawing up the schedules."
Can I still enjoy holiday?
"Yes!! We have separate strategies that can be applied for these trips that will allow you to enjoy your vacations and still make progress."
I don't like certain foods, will that be taken into account? 
"Yes, of course! The way myself and my team coach allows you to keep eating the foods you always have been (in moderation) and still get results."
I cant take in Tupperware to work, can this be worked around? 
"Yes absolutely!! Most of our clients learn ( from our coaches) how to educate themselves to make food choices and some clients do not prepare food, they manipulate their food based on eating out, passing shops or coffee shops. We provide you with all your macronutrients. This means you are not obliged to eat one product. This makes it possible to eat out and still get results."
I don't know all the exercises by name, will I get lost? 
"On the program you will be using our 5 Star Naylor Body Design App. On the app (Apple & Android) the whole workout is customised and every exercise has a full video explanation by me, not only showing how too perform the movement but also providing invaluable exercise execution tips to ensure perfect technique.
